That means there is no gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, nuts or soy. There is no guilt associated with eating BFree as the nutritional composition is extraordinary. Their motto: we have a strong focus on what we put into our products rather than what we take out!

BFree was set up in 2011 initially to answer the need for great tasting gluten-free products that were genuinely healthy. Since, they evolved their products to answer greater health concerns, for example, removing all sugar from their products in 2015. BFree is the only vegan gluten-free bread with superior health benefits like Vitamin E, High Fibre, Source of Protein.

A lot of gluten-free products are filled with sugar and other bad ingredients to substitute for gluten. BFree produces genuinely healthy gluten-free products that are filled with quality ingredients like buckwheat flour which can help improve heart health by lowering cholesterol and blood pressure, apple fibre which energises your immune system and sweet potato which is a great source of vitamin E!

Who makes BFree possible?

BFree is the brainchild of Ronan McNamee, the original founder of Cuisine de France. The BFree brand came as a result of extensive research into the market for healthy wheat-free and gluten-free bakery products. There is a team of 35 employees all based in their head office in Dublin with one representative in the USA. Together they won a number of awards such as FreeFrom Food Awards, All Ireland Marketing Awards and Exporter Awards and, most importantly, make possible the great feedback they get from their consumers.

What can people expect from you at FitFest Oxford?

Lots of Sweet Potato Wraps! These wraps are a great source of antioxidant Vitamin E! They double as pizza bases, quesadillas and tortilla chips!
