The Panel:
Flora Beverley AKA Food Fitness Flora, a food and fitness blogger with over 90k loyal followers. Her fitness regime is inspired by many different forms of training, including weight training, resistance training, HIIT, boxing and running. She focuses on skill sports, such as boxing, and anything else that gets the endorphins flowing – treadmill sprints are her favourite!
Hussain Manawer is a British poet, writer and actor from Ilford, Essex. He’s worked with the likes of Ed Sheeran and Cher and holds a Guinness World Record for the Worlds Largest Mental Health Lesson in partnership with Kings College London and Hackney Empire!

Ben Bidwell AKA The Naked Professor is a Life Coach, Personal Trainer, Meditation Teacher and blogger. The Naked Professor is his platform to share his education on mental health.
Hollie Grant
Hollie AKA The Pilates PT is an award-winning STOTT Reformer, Mat Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer specialising in functional fitness, posture correction and strength conditioning.
