I am a Personal Trainer and Registered Dietician. I am therefore in a unique position to coach you through making changes to better you health, fitness and wellbeing. I have over 7 years experience in the NHS helping people to lose weight, increase their muscle mass, recover from illness and surgery and generally feel better. I now work as a Personal Trainer and private Dietician in Oxford and am passionate about improving peoples lives through diet and exercise.

I am trained in behaviour change techniques and whatever your goal might be I am confident we can achieve or even exceed it together. Over the years I have been amazed at what people can do when they put their mind to it and I get so much satisfaction from seeing people grow and develop. When I first started training I never thought I would be where I am today and I continue to push myself to see what I am capable of.
