Sarah has had a passion for dance & movement since she was a young child. Training in Ballet, Modern, Contemporary & Tap in her youth. After years of her grown-up life working within the corporate world but always maintaining regular exercise and her sanity with yoga and fitness, she rediscovered her passion for dance & yoga, becoming a Zumba instructor, and then training as a Barre instructor and recently undertaking her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training. Sarah's experience & training in dance provides a solid foundation for Barre. Her love of all exercise genres and experience of teaching means her classes are challenging & diverse, as well as fun. Her love & appreciation of Yoga, especially Vinyasa flow is palpable throughout her classes.
