Leah Maclean runs Fitness At The Farm, outdoor group exercise classes in South Oxfordshire. Fitness At The Farm classes like to take things back to basics, so most of our ‘equipment’ is made up of tyres, ropes and free weights. We get your body working as it’s meant to be worked, moving and pulling and lifting in ways that the human body was made for.

A fitness class using just a car tyre to give you a high intensity, full body workout designed to improve cardiorespiratory fitness and grow strength and core stability.

Fitness At The Farm hosts regular retreat days which are a mixture of fitness, yoga and nutrition. Check the website for upcoming events.
