Abi Barclay-Watt is a Registered Associate Nutritionist. She lectures in Applied Human Nutrition at Oxford Brookes and runs a nutrition consultancy. She is part of the team at Fit and Healthy Mums and is their Nutritional Consultant.
Abi believes making a balanced, varied and tasty diet is part of your way of life, and this doesn’t mean avoiding food groups (unless you medically need to) or depriving yourself, but it will provide your body whatever its age, with all the nutrients it needs. A balanced diet nourishes us; provides good energy levels to meet our needs; help us fight infections and diseases; helps us deal with stress better, and sleep better.
I am deeply passionate about helping people overcome limiting issues like anxiety, depression and addiction. During a 30 year career in the corporate world, I specialised in instilling greater belief and confidence in people in order to transform the performance of their organisation. This focus on the importance of belief was something that I learned in my teenage years when I was competing as an elite cyclist. I took and applied the same principles to deliver a step change in performance in the world of business.
Having faced many life issues myself, including divorce, illness and loss I tried many different types of therapies to help deal with my own anxiety and depression. Having held senior roles in the corporate world I found that it would be career limiting to admit to going through such issues and for years I had to carry the burden alone. This became a huge weight upon my shoulders that began to take its toll on my health.
My own life was turned around when I was introduced to a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) practitioner. In just one session RTT got to the root of my issues and made me look at my limiting beliefs in a new way. After years of trying various types of therapies and medications, I was able to rebuild the confidence, energy and belief in myself and escape from the cycle I was in. Using RTT was truly life-changing for me. I was so amazed at the power of RTT that I made the decision to build my future career by helping people to achieve the same incredible results
Trained by globally renowned Therapist and architect of the RTT methodology, Marisa Peer, I am a qualified RTT Therapist and Hypnotherapist. I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I am very empathetic but I am also very outcome focused. I help my clients understand what changes they want to make and imagine how their future life will be. I give them, the insight and the power to make the changes that they seek. I deliver huge benefits to people, resolving deep routed issues.
I support you at every step of the way and take huge pleasure in seeing the impact that my treatments have on my clients.

I’m a busy mum of three girls. I love to find balance through yoga, trees and long walks by the sea. I guide Strala Yoga and Rainbow Yoga classes with a mix of meditation, mindfulness and games to promote moving and breathing with ease.
I have practised different types of yoga and have adapted my practice from pre-pregnancy, throughout pregnancies, post-natal, and with kids. The benefits of this are endless to help me stay healthy and mindful throughout everyday challenges. I found Strala Yoga when I was pregnant and loved the aspects of natural movement and freedom within a flow framework. Always dreaming of teaching yoga, I undertook a 200hr teacher training in Strala Yoga. The addition of Rainbow Yoga training was great for me to practice with my own family being involved. The integration of the two styles worked perfectly for me to offer my girls something they felt was fun and where we could flow together with lots of laughing, moving and calm time in the end.
I’m a qualified mental health practitioner and I’m passionate about helping people feel good and prioritising wellbeing. I enjoy family yoga sessions as it brings together fun, connection, allows for creativity and some quiet time.
Having fun, moving well and connecting with others is what children do naturally. I would love to help families and children channel these qualities into a useful practice to help restore balance in a society that seems increasingly busy as time goes by. If you can breathe you can do yoga!
I’m Tottie Milner, and helping people find their fitness is my business. I think of it as helping people be what they want to be. I love my job. For me, it’s not like work at all.
I was driven towards a career in fitness after I discovered the love of feeling good. I was an unfit, non-sporty child and teen. I was interested in drama and plays; I simply didn’t know how to look after my body.
But I joined a gym at the age of sixteen with my first wage packet as a hairdressing apprentice – and I met there a female body builder who taught me to stop yo-yo dieting and pounding the treadmill. If I wanted to change my body shape, she said, I’d have to pick up a dumbbell. This was unheard of in the 1980s.
Over time, I started to look and feel pretty good, and the people around me started to ask my advice in the gym. There was no greater feeling than that of helping others reach their goals. I thought, “Actually, this is what I love doing.” I retrained and qualified as Fitness Instructor, then a Personal Trainer, and then a sports nutritionist.
I’ve worked in Australia and the USA, Japan, and Germany. Now I’m back in the UK, doing what I love here.
When not working, working out or looking after my two gorgeous girls, I like to challenge myself: I do muddy runs, assault courses, dragon boat racing. I do two charity Spinathons a year – so far raising £19,000 for Myton Hospice, a cause very close to my heart. I love good food, Thai being my favourite. I meet up with friends, go on girls’ nights out, dance whenever and wherever I can.
Genetically, I am on the shorter side of average, stout and not naturally very sporty at all. I’m living proof you can do anything if you put your mind to it: you can BE whatever you choose to BE. And I can help.
Tracey is delivering "Indoor Beat Cycle Talk" on 15th June.

My specialisation here at FeelFit Gym is Body transformation, If your goal is to gain muscle or lose body fat, I am your guy! I first found myself in the gym in 2012, I was always the smallest guy in my group of friends. I had a goal and was to get myself fit and strong enough to join the British Army, so in 2013 enlisted to join The Rifles. Towards the end of my Military career, I had to have a knee operation and since then it has been a rollercoaster of journey, including breaking the leg first day off crutches. I left the British Army in Feb 2018. I was lucky to have the chance to go to a military rehabilitation centre for 6 weeks and this is where a lightbulb in my head lit. I want to help people reach their own fitness goals. No matter the barrier/hurdles!
Damian says "I have always been a massive fan of dance and have danced for many years trying all different forms. Before starting pole, I used to be a street dancer competing in Adult National and Regional Street dance competitions and being part of our annual dance school showcase. Unfortunately, in 2013 I injured my knee which required surgery, this meant that I was no longer able to dance at my current level. After rebuilding the muscles and strength I had lost I decided it was time for a change and decided to go for a trial at a taster pole class and I haven’t looked back since! My passion for pole has just grown and grown and to now be on the other side and being able to share my knowledge is rewarding and worthwhile. The love has grown so much that I have been able to take my experience to bring together Partners in Pole Sports (PIPS). What I love most about pole is that it’s for everyone no matter your age, gender or fitness background. Having been taught by female instructors I did find certain moves more challenging but over the years of training/ teaching I have learnt to adapt my body to suit the moves. I have been able to use my own experience to help students I teach conquer their own pole challenges and to feel more comfortable in their own journey.

In 2010, after discovering Zumba at local gym, in one of my many attempts to lose weight and get fit, I finally caught the bug for fitness. I decided to become an instructor and in October 2011 I taught my first class. I was very lucky to form a large and very amazing community of people who continue to enjoy my classes today.
In 2012, I trained as a BOKWA instructor and taught that alongside Zumba for two years. In 2014, I trained in Zumba Kids and Aqua Zumba, I have been teaching Aqua Zumba at the Park Club in Milton for the last five years. I trained in Clubbercise in 2016 and added this to my timetable of classes.
In 2016 I was one of the first in the UK to train as a STRONG by Zumba Instructor. STRONG is a form of HIIT class, that has an intensity level somewhere between Insanity and a Les Mills Body Attack class. The music is great and synced to every move. STRONG is cardio, body strength and toning all in one, it is a fantastic programme, but one that often gets over looked due to the word "Zumba" in the title. People often mistake it for a dance class, I can assure you it is no dance class!

Since 2008, Sarah has run 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, two full marathons, completed in numerous mad events, including Tough Mudders, Monster Runs, Night time runs, cycled to Paris, rocked up boot camps, circuit training and outdoor fitness, all with a child in tow or being pregnant! She proved there is no such thing as ‘I don’t have time’ or ‘I can’t afford it’. Everything is possible if you want to do it. In 2019, Sarah will take on Race to The Stones, 100km in 24 hours. Sarah is not a size 8, she doesn’t eat salads all day, and she doesn’t avoid social activities.
