Jumpfit is an high energy, low impact fitness class using rebound boots to jump your way to health and happiness! It began in Bristol in early 2015 with the aim of the class being a welcoming, fun workout for all. Men and women of all shapes and sizes, aged 12 up can get involved and are usually addicted after their first visit. Whilst it's great for improving cardiovascular health, strengthening muscles and burning lots of calories, the emphasis is on having fun moving your body. The instructors are friendly, full of enthusiasm and bounce. The boots are a lot easier to use than they look and it doesn't matter if you lack coordination or dance skills, you can just freestyle!
