Sarah Fountain is a community based fitness coach offering group sessions including Boxercise, Kettlebells and Bootcamp. Sarah turned to fitness after her first child in 2008, having little time to herself, or to be sociable, let alone schedule time in to get to the gym. Since 2008, Sarah has run 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, two full marathons, completed in numerous mad events, including Tough Mudders, Monster Runs, Night time runs, cycled to Paris, rocked up boot camps, circuit training and outdoor fitness, all with a child in tow or being pregnant! She proved there is no such thing as ‘I don’t have time’ or ‘I can’t afford it’. Everything is possible if you want to do it. In 2019, Sarah will take on Race to The Stones, 100km in 24 hours. Sarah is not a size 8, she doesn’t eat salads all day, and she doesn’t avoid social activities. Sarah is a firm believer it’s all about choosing the right foods and exercising for life, not just for a short period.
