BalanceTime was founded by mindfulness meditation teacher Judy based in Berkshire, who has over 15 years of practical experience including qualifications from the British School of Meditation. Her background is actually in Public Relations, and she discovered meditation during her PR career to help her through the high pressure and stress. Judy works with a whole host of other experts to build fun and practical workshops to help people learn, enjoy and rediscover their spark through the power of meditation. 

Judy says that mindfulness meditation is ‘like a friend you can call on at any time to help you find some breathing space and refocus’.

BalanceTime believes that meditation is just like exercise, but a far more relaxed and focused approach for your brain instead of classic physical movement.  The state of your mind is just as important as your physical appearance and fitness, which is the reason BalanceTime teaches a balanced approach to meditation that ensures you enjoy it and learn many different techniques and variations as possible!
