How do I get to FitFest Oxford?

In Oxford you have a list of options of how to find us by Car, Train and Bus!

By Train
You can come in at either Oxford Railway Station OX1 1HS or Oxford Parkway OX2 8HA.

By Bus
You will find the Number 1 and City 5 bus route directly outside of Oxford Railway Station which will take you to Sandy Lane West, Blackbird Leys in approximately 35/40 minutes. It will then be a short walk to Fit Fest Oxford.

Where do I park?

Unfortunately, there is no available parking at the venue. The nearest car parks to the venue are:

Templars Square, 129 Pound Way, Oxford, OX4 3XH (5mins away)
Castle Car Park, Crowell Road, Oxford, OX4 3UT (3mins away)
Knights Car Park, Hockmore Street, Oxford, OX4 3UU. (3mins away)

Shuttle bus:

We have a FitFest Oxford shuttle bus running from this park and ride to the venue throughout the day from 8:45-18:25. Buy your bus tickets here: http://fitfestoxford.com/tickets/

Can I buy from stall holders at the Festival?

Yes! Exhibitors will most definitely be selling their products so there is plenty of opportunity to purchase the latest must-haves!

What can I expect on the day?

You can expect a day full of motivation, inspiration, and education! We have a timetable with over 50 activities for you to choose from throughout the day, showcasing new, innovative fitness classes, top tips and tricks for you to use in the kitchen, talks and workshops, FitFest Oxford Throwdown and plenty of Pop Ups for you to shop around.

Does my ticket allow me access to FitFest Oxford Throwdown?

Yes! Although we cannot guarantee entry for everyone. There will be a queue at the door so make sure you turn up early to avoid disappointment.

What are the standard and VIP prices and what is included?

General Admission tickets- from £20 include entry into as many talks, workshops and food demos as you like.

VIP tickets are £40 and these include:

  • Access to FitFest Oxford
  • Access to the Privilege Garden Lounge, including a complimentary lunch, a DJ and your own exclusive bar.
  • VIP Goody bag upon arrival
  • Fast Track pass into your chosen classes
  • Access to all talks and workshops
  • Access to live food demos

Where will the classes be taking place?

We have a range of locations where our fitness classes will be taking place, including The Main Stage, Studios, Marquees and our Outside Bootcamps! Keep an eye out for the signage which will direct you to exactly where you need to be.

What are the opening/closing times?

The Festival will be open from 9am-6pm.

How do I purchase the tickets?

You can purchase your entry tickets and class tickets all online via fitfestoxford.com/tickets and on the door at the event although it’s advised to book in advance to avoid disappointment!

Are classes included in our entry tickets?

Yes all General and VIP tickets are inclusive of activities. Please note there is a separate schedule for Kids and Teen Tickets. However you still need to book the activities that you want to take part in, you will be given full access to this once you purchased your ticket.

Will there be any ATM machines in the venue?

No, there will not be an opportunity to withdraw money once you have accessed the venue. Although most of our stall holders and caterers will give you an option to pay by card, we cannot guarantee that, so please bring cash with you on the day.

Will we have access to changing rooms, and showers at the venue?

You will have access to the changing rooms but not the showers at the venue.

Can we bring our own food and drink to the venue?

No. At FitFest Oxford we will have a variety of healthy and delicious food and drink available. There is something for everyone whether you’re a meat eater, vegan or vegetarian.

Will the event be filmed or photographed?

Yes. We will be filming and photographing the event for promotional purposes.

Do we need to bring our own yoga mats?

We will be providing some yoga mats at the event, however you can still bring your own.

Will there be a cloakroom/lockers?

There will a cloakroom for VIP ticket holders.

Will the venue be wheelchair-accessible?

Yes the site is wheelchair accessible, if you need further assistance please inform a member of staff who will gladly help.

Do I need to print my ticket or can I show it on my phone?

You can either print your ticket or show it on your phone.

How do I book activities?

Head over to our website and click login on the top right of the page using your email address and Eventbrite order ID that was sent to you on your order confirmation. You will then be prompted towards activity booking.  (Make sure to use the email address that you used when ordering your tickets)

Can I book more activities later if I've already bought the ticket?

Yes, you can log-in and manage your booking on our website to add workouts to your schedule at any time.

Are babies allowed to FitFest Oxford?

Unfortunately, FitFest Oxford is a no baby zone – all children must be over 4 years old.
